Minor rivers dressed in brown skirting under bridges.

Feeling like a hostage of these mountain cutting off my Wi-fi...

Yes we are moving. This train rides on these tracks like a woman wearing shoes two sizes too small for her feet.

This was the beginning

I'm now in Springfield, Massachusetts. We have been sitting in this station for @ least 15 minutes. However Pandora plays on. So want step off this train. I wonder if we are changing engines again. No - the lights are on ... Probably waiting for a connecting train.

First stop Stamford

OK --which is not my attitude..I was at Pennsylvania Station an hour and over half hour early and I did not get a window seat. The question is where was the original departure for train? This train will go through Connecticut then Massachuetts. My Barnes & Noble's Nook tablet is limited like this blog is composed in HTML. Yes I will purchase an Ipad or Nexus7. So I'm an hour into my train ride and thank the music gods for Pandora and for it recognizing Artics Monkeys. Right is now I'm listening to Ratatat.

The day before the long train ride northwestern bound

It has been at least ten years since I have taken Amtrak. I ask may it be a Good and Beautiful experience along the way. I am to arrive in Burlington, Vermont at nine o'clock at night. I was at the CVS and I was thinking about buying a disposable camera, but I declined. I wish I had a digital camera independent of the one my phone. The sights I will see on the train and from its windows.
